Manage the relationship between technology and the business. Lead/Monitor/Report on the end-to-end delivery of technology solutions for the Sales, Service and Marketing business groups. Work with other groups in IT to source technology solutions for the business. Partner with business and establish a governance system that allows for effective management of technology priorities, in line with overall IT Governance and set goals. Provide guidance to business on technical trends.
