Receives assignments from Director in the form of short-term objectives and develops tactics and action plans for the work group to achieve those objectives. Manages the analysis, design, development, implementation, operation, and maintenance of computer systems in support of the Statistics and Analysis Department and has senior relationship management responsibility for producers, directors, and other key users in assigned department/program.
