Reporting to the Director, Service/Support, of major consumer electronics company, position oversees the launch and ongoing technical support provided for the North American Branded and System Device products. Including the support and protection of the Company's brand, as well as the maintenance of strong Customer Satisfaction. Key customers include: Executive Management, Product Marketing Management, Sales Channel Partners, the Company Repair Depot Operation, End-User Customers, and Authorized Service Providers.
