This person will be responsible for coordinating any/all day #2 remediation or trouble resolution efforts involving the Alliance 15 IPC systems. Since the Alliance 15 is running over the clients own proprietary high speed Cisco-based network, this person must also have extensive prior operations experience with these kinds of large Cisco IP networks. Since the clients Alliance switches are interconnected to Avaya 8700 PBX's, the candidate would need to be familiar with Avaya's too.
