Design and prototype DC/DC, AC/DC and DC/AC power products between 100W to 5kW level. Develop test methods and train application engineers to operate the product. Transfer technology to offshore manufacturing and develop methods for quality assurance. Plan, budget & execute the product development cycles. Recommend and procure plants and equipment for manufacturing off-shore.
