The primary role of the Platform Engineer is to function as the internal Champion or advocate for assigned customers and partners with the goal of ensuring first time right qualifications. The range of responsibilities include: understanding and driving customer requirements into the design and development process, meticulous interaction with field teams and customers before and during qualification activities, tracking and maintaining account specific requirements and documentation.
