Create project timelines and schedules for projects under the RTF umbrella. Interface with various internal support groups and coordinate responses for SOX and Audit. Administer the various user access controls and provide third tier level of production support. Manage project progress through various stakeholder meetings, status reporting and presentations. Manage a staff of contractors and technical staff responsible for RTF development and production support activities. Manage professional staff while providing ongoing coaching and feedback for their career growth and development.
