Directs, manages, plans and administers the operational and administrative activities of an Information Technology project team which is assigned to a related set of medium sized projects and larger, more complex projects. (A medium project is about 10 resources, $.75MM budget, and 6 months in duration). The Program Manager is responsible for project budget and schedule performance management of his or her assigned project(s).
