Responsible for the day-to-day technical support of multiple account managers within Carrier Sales. Duties include gathering customer requirements, identifying all possible customer applications pursuant to designing the applicable solution(s). Designs viable transport, voice and data network sales solutions for customer applications, including preparation of network topologies and technical specifications. Maintains technical familiarity with all services in the three major product areas: Voice, Transport and Data.
