Senior Software Engineer required supporting an Oracle Incentive Compensation (OIC)environment and related technology/functionality extensions. The position will also be required (as needed) to provide technical guidance on project teams of functional, business, and support analysts to complete development projects, including recommending project design, completing technical specifications, project construction (i.e. development), writing and executing unit testing, and support for system, user, and integration testing.
