This position serves as a team leader for the web development team responsible for Employee Benefits and Corporate Websites within the Web Solutions team. He or she will be responsible for managing a team of six java developers working in a Java/J2EE environment on a WebSphere Application Server platform. Candidate needs to posses strong skills in technical problem solving and teamwork, as well as written and oral communication.
