We are searching for a Workforce Transformation Senior Managing Consultant. The incumbent is responsible for leading transformation engagements that optimize enterprise-wide, business unit, and/or function organizational effectiveness, human capital strategies, programs & practices to achieve corporate goals. This may involve developing workforce strategies and metrics that integrate the client's HR and business strategies as well as the external environment/trends, or it may involve developing and implementing initiatives within an integrated talent management framework to meet projected workforce needs & strategies.
