In this position, you will be responsible for specifying requirements, architecting, prototyping, developing and validating modules/systems leading to the High Volume Manufacturing (HVM) of various products (for example cache controllers, USB* mass storage, Solid State Drives). Responsibilities include hardware and firmware required for controller prototyping with FPGAs, module and/or system validation, design margin analysis, system software and/or embedded firmware development, test planning and execution, review of PCB schematics capture and layout.
