The Staff Product Engineer is responsible for ensuring that the product engineering department acts according to departmental and division goals, provides support to management and subordinates, and completes new product introductions and transfers to manufacturing on schedule and according to quality systems and documented procedures. Position responsibilities include managing and hands-on test hardware development, test program support, product characterization, qualification, lab evaluation, yield analysis, and initial production support.
