Develops broadband RF integrated circuits from product definition through transfer to production. Candidate may work with marketing, systems engineering, and customers to define new products and set specifications. Acts as the leader of an IC design team with responsibility for IC system and circuit design. Candidate will make assignments to team members, provide design guidance as needed, and develop schedules and monitor progress.
