Support of all Our Client's Customer Oracle application and database administration operational tasks. Customer will maintain ownership of application development and business functions. Manage and execute all tier 2 troubleshooting procedures for disaster recovery, managed services and contracted products. Utilize skills, education and training to solve problems and manage changes quickly for customers. Provide direct support to application incident, problem and change management.
