Job Description:
The Supervisor of Technical Support will be responsible for managing technical support staff and third party vendors in our APAC regions. This position serves as the primary contact for customer inquires within the region and is the IS liaison between Corporate Headquarters and the APAC offices. Occasionally, the candidate will be required to accept and resolve escalated Operations ICS, Back Office, Network and Telecom issue calls from other support analysts and/or the ICS Helpdesk ticketing system.
