Job Description:
Ensure that comprehensive and effective support services are provided to the Infor customers . Improving customer satisfaction by facilitating post-sales support. Leveraging resources to achieve responsive and successful resolution of customer issues. Manage the Support Operations, tracking and meeting KPI's including Response Time, Resolution Time and Back-log. Manage critical issues and situations, including managing customer expectations, developing, negotiating and articulating action plans to achieve a satisfactory resolution with customers.
