The role of the Systems Engineer is to perform engineer design, capacity planning, implementation and support of Microsoft environment, server, network and telecommunications systems. The Systems Engineer will participate on project teams in the Technical Lead role. He/she will also become involved in operational projects aimed at improving business partner and technical operations. The Systems Engineer provides third-level support, project handover documentation/training and general technical guidance to the Support Services team. The Systems Engineer serves as a mentor to the Support teams.
