This position is responsible for managing a staff of approximately 20 Unix and Linux system administrators supporting a large diversified business. This includes day to day administrative and leadership activities as well as personnel and salary administration duties and some budget responsibilities. This position is accountable for the service provided by the team and ensures staff adherence to internal support standards and procedures. Occasionally, this position will provide leadership for service restoration activities as necessary to meet service level commitments.
