Roles and responsibilities include: Working with customers to understand their requirements. Responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining workstations and servers. Performs software installations and upgrades to operating systems and layered software packages. Create Windows Domain Accounts. Manage Active Directory OUs, Child Domains, Group Policies, Sites, and Domain Controllers. Build Windows Servers. Troubleshoot access issues with Users gaining access to resources. Create and manage Group Policies to deploy applications remotely and to control the domain environment.
