Individual is responsible for identifying, designing, and implementing cost effective solutions with minimal directions from superiors insuring compliance with the company's business and technical objectives. Including but not limited to supporting the day to day business needs of the company through existing application systems and integrating new information systems that improve the company's service to its customers and its internal productivity. Works with management team to define crucial business processes and develop and maintain technical support methodologies.
