Provide both strategic and day to day technical expertise and support for targeted channels and assigned accounts. Manage/develop/maintain strong, successful relationships with the channel/partners, Sales teams and key end-user customers for continued business growth. Provide timely feedback to product managers to help drive customer-focused solutions.
