Work with Sustaining Support Engineers as a consultant on software product issues. Reproduce, isolate, and resolve problems that are escalated from Sustaining Support groups. These problems involve the Company and 3rd party SW/HW products in Windows and Linux Server environment. Update problem resolutions and progresses on worldwide problem tracking database. Participate in new HW/SW projects. Write patches and describe problems and solutions in product communication documents (Customer and Engineering Advisories).
