Job Description:
The Technical Account Manager (TAM) will support early account sales activities with cellular wireless operators. Activities during the pre-sales period may include completing operator RFP responses, evaluating customer needs (program and technical), performing the primary role of on-site staff for preparation of formal lab trials, coordination of RFP lab evaluation or live network trials. The TAM will be engaged during both pre-sales and post-sales activities with technical customer engineers (network planning, lab / trial and CTO/R&D teams), account based product management and corporate management to ensure that products are considered for purchase against competitive offers.
