This position is the second level in the Technical Career Path. Incumbents in this position work as part of a project team to provide architectural, implementation and operational design support for a broad range of architectural and infrastructure technologies. Incumbent has a broad knowledge of one or more of the following areas: Installation/configuration, support, and capacity planning of NetApp, and direct attached storage subsystems leveraging standard monitoring tools to address storage performance/tuning issues.
