Qualifications include a 4-year degree and 15-20 years of related experience. Consults with client or management on a specific area of technical expertise to define need or problems, conducts studies and surveys to obtain data and analyzes data to advise on or recommend solutions. Experience with computer systems architecture (client/server) with federal standards is necessary. Significant experience with systems related to Geographic Information Systems is highly desired. Prefer background with leadership related client server systems development and or programming projects.
