Responsible for the design and development of complex software solutions components as well as supervision of development efforts and coaching of junior staff. Work may occasionally includes accountability for delivery of medium to low complexity complete software solutions (design, development, test and implementation of all required software components). Operates autonomously and without close supervision on many programming and maintenance activities.
