Services Systems Consultant (SSC) is a technical position with direct client exposure. This position reports to Technical Services and resides within Development Engineering. The SSC interacts at all levels of the the company's Community: Strategic Clients, Field Service Teams, Engineering, as well as all levels of Management. The SSC focuses upon the identification and resolution of product issues experienced within strategic client environments, under extreme production loads.
