This manager will provide leadership for Industrial Design & Human Factors in Corporate Research in support of multiple business units in diverse product settings. Individual will ensure that design concepts are consistent with business unit overall design strategy and product requirements. This role manages a 20-person staff that provides leadership in design, analysis, customer focus, vision science, and more, across the Organization. Collaborate with scientists, engineers, marketing staff and customers to advocate design and usability trends into new product designs.
