Individual will ensure that design concepts are consistent with business unit overall design strategy and product requirements. This role manages a 20-person staff that provides leadership in design, analysis, customer focus, vision science, and more. Collaborate with scientists, engineers, marketing staff and customers to advocate design and usability trends into new product designs.
