Work with quality and sourcing team to find opportunity for new supplier and new product, conduct business survey and select supplier. Work with US team to setup technical spec and do Risk assessment. Setup program schedule with supplier and make sure the product to be launched on time. Closely work with supplier on design, reliability and quality issue at different product development stage, make sure supplier to conduct Evaluation test according to GE's test procedure, and make sure the product to meet both reliability and quality requirement.
