Provide expert technical consultation to GE's Aeroderivative Technical Advisors (TA) deployed to customer sites globally via the Houston Service Support Desk: Provide immediate non-engineering equipment troubleshooting consultation during the installation and commissioning phase of projects. Develop and maintain database of issues logged and associated action items. Develop and maintain Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) website based upon lessons-learned.
