Determine project approach, staffing, responsibilities, and schedule. Create and manage project plans, risk mitigation plans, communication plans, resource requirements, project costs and all other project management-related documentation. Define team member roles and expectations; ensure all members of team are engaged and purposefully utilized; provide timely feedback.
