Identify and prioritize product improvement projects based on cost/benefit analysis. Process owner for methodology and procedures used to generate and maintain technical publications throughout their lifecycle. Supervise the planning, initiation and successful completion of projects. Contribute as needed to the generation of technical publications. Work closely with the Marketing Communications Manager to contribute as needed to the generation of marketing manuals and other marketing materials. Supervise departmental budget.
