Identify, select and negotiate with fiber providers in metro markets to build fiber transport to supplement company's overall backhaul networks. Coordinate with Engineering in markets and locations where the alternate fiber provider(s) would interface with company's network in order to provide a complete solution. Comprehensive knowledge of OSP records in the market, to include OSP Insight, construction drawings, cable layouts, splicing diagrams.
