Provides leadership, mentorship and value to the field practices in the area of the services strategy and offerings, sales and delivery capability and overall performance and execution of the business plan. Works closely with sales and delivery teams to coordinate and conduct the delivery of high-level solutions. Contributes to the development of practice standards, policies and procedures.
