The right individual will have at least 10 years in Information Technology, with at least half of that in a management role. Must have a strong track record of accomplishment, including getting projects done on-time, within budget. Must be a team builder, not an autocrat or micro-manager. Though this is not a consulting firm, a background in tier-1 or tier-2 consulting firm would be highly regarded. Advanced degree(s) would be nice plus.
