The Head of Technology Services must be ready to react to any emergency situation and be able to resolve all issues affecting the department in a professional manner. Flexibility: In view of the fast-changing IT environment, flexibility for infrequent evening or weekend work is required. Working Conditions/Environment: The Head of Technology Services must be able to work in a fast paced multi-tasking and multi-faceted environment. He/she must keep up with the high end-user demands and always by available and accessible.
