Manage technical support for the entire Sherpa platform. Coordinate activities and priorities of the Regional Platform Managers. Support the training effort by providing training materials and developing study-specific approaches. Provide a stable infrastructure for Sherpa by working with Global IT Infrastructure on uptime, backup and recovery, disaster recovery, security, network and hardware issues.
