Coordinates the transition from design to deployment Communicates company developments, policies & procedures. Coaches and provides training opportunities for staff development. Develops, obtains approval and maintains detailed operating budget. Conducts or participates in the follow up evaluation with project teams. Ensures project documentation is maintained, and reviews the quality and completeness.
