As Vice President of Software Engineering, you will be accountable for research, product development, product quality, documentation, and packaging functions. You will develop R&D policies and procedures and oversee R&D activities, and ensure that the company is current regarding software technologies. You will be responsible for the successful product delivery of an enterprise-wide, Internet-based product. You will be in charge of 30+ employees and 5+ direct reports, with each direct report having multiple projects.
