This position exists to provide leadership and direction to a 100+ person Development function in the Annuity Information Technology (AIT) organization. The function will provide direct oversight to the Delivery Organization including but not limited to: IT budget management, Resource Management, and Project Delivery across web and client server platforms. Direct interaction with other parts of the AIT organization including Planning & Strategy, Application Operations, and QA would be required as well as interaction with key Annuities business leaders.
