Lead, manage and build out a team of 30+ talented, high-energy engineers (many IITians). Coordinate with technical architects, beta customers, and product management; plan releases, and manage complete delivery - binaries, documentation and test results. Setup deployment and release processes: work with engineers to ensure smooth deployments at customers (large service provider environments).
