Provides technical expertise and direction to the Division Management Team as a critical team member to contribute to the development and execution of the Division's strategic business plan. Provides leadership direction for all technical staff - architectural design, software development, quality assurance, IT operations / infrastructure and project management to ensure that goals, objectives and deadlines are met in direct support of the Division's strategic business plan.
