Voice Services Operations Team Manager

Job Description:

This position is responsible to lead the voice services team that provides these services in such a way as to insure that production voice communication services are highly available, secure, fully documented and implemented to comply with industry best practice standards. These responsibilities span the entire organization. This position requires a strong background in project management, and customer service. Previous experience must have included Call Center operations in a multi-facility system as well as experience with Sales Service Office operations.
