Provide client with consulting expertise and best practice recommendations on a variety of technologies, tools, and configurations. Conduct software installations, technical training, and technical consulting at the client site while following Lawson's implementation methodology. Coordinate communication within the Lawson Professional Services team to include identification of client expectations, critical business issues and any pertinent information discovered during turnover process with sales team.
