Evaluation, documentation and implementation of new products, tools and technologies. Contribute to the development of corporate IT standards. Provide direction and governance to our outsourcer, in relation to company requirements/standards. Provide 3rd tier support, development and maintenance for NA infrastructure. Demonstrate expert level capabilities in the Windows operating systems' environment including, administration, support and troubleshooting.
