This position, Director of Support and Environment, is responsible for all day to day support and maintenance of the system. This role will lead the resolution of break fix situations and prepare and monitor the environment for high volume events. This position will also handle the deployment of all new releases, interfacing with the operations and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless launches. This role is vital in developing subject matter expertise, resulting in superior site quality and reliability.
