GNR is actively seeking an experienced REGIONAL DIRECTOR of SALES for a large Northern territory; from WI/IL to WA/OR and everywhere in between!
Our client is very reputable, innovative, high-tech organization in search of a leader who's experienced with running a sales group dedicated to large – complex sales cycles and solutions (Enterprise, SaaS or B2B).
RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS
- Experienced with products that are sold into the Public Safety sector; Local, State and Government agencies such as; 911 centers, Police & Fire, 1st responders, government facilities etc...
- Director and manage Account Manager and Sales teams throughout the territory; 10-20 members
- Motivate, mentor & coach team members throughout the sales process and advise on professional growth
- Partner with Executive team on a strategic business plan & execute - Track and monitor KPI's - Manage budgets etc…
- MUST currently live within the territory
